Jiffy Lube

I was there last week. The service manager was rude to me. I had a simple oil change and spark plugs change. Now my car is barley staying on. I'm actually scared to take my car back because I already know the attitude I'm going to receive. But, it was something they did or didn't do. As a female it's not easy to go up against men who look down on you. That's how he made me feel. But, I'm going to stand my ground on this.

Had my oil changed yesterday, I specifically asked them to make sure they filled my tires to the correct psi and this morning I come out to a flat tire. This is not the first time it's happened. If I would have known they wouldn't have done it correctly I would have had them skip this step but they insisted they knew what they were doing. Very disappointed.

Never go wrong coming here. Guys are honest and will look it for you. I thought I needed a oil change but just needed to be topped off. I live in MD and I only come here to get my services done. Absolutely the best

Manager there is extremely rude and is a cheat. Did brakes a few weeks ago and the break light was not reset. When asked why they mentioned they didn’t have the part for the sensor and didn’t charge me for the part and if I were to purchase it outside and being it back I’ll be taken care if and they will complete the job. Fast forward to today; I come into the location and explain it to the initial representative he walks me and talks to the manager and asks which breaks need to be fixed. Once the job was completed and I was about to walk out the manager told me it would cost $120 in labor and that he couldn’t let me leave without a few. After explaining my situation he shrugged it off by saying that if that was they case no one mentioned it to him and that it didn’t matter. Had to pay $50 to avoid wasting my time and I will be calling Jiffy Lube corporate to file a complaint.

They were friendly, fast, offered suggestions, vacuumed my carpets. Had some good laughs with the others waiting in the waiting room. Very nice experience.
