STAY FAR AWAY FROM KRS. This company is absolutely HORRIBLE. I moved in on 02/05/18. The apartment was FILTHY. Asked them for a key, and they told me to ask the other tenant to make a copy of his. Had a TERRIBLE roach/ant problem in the kitchen. Only reason it got resolved is because maintenance sprayed for pests ONE time, but I posted 5-6 requests for them to spray for pests. Instead, they’ll close the request without telling you and not do anything. If you submit a maintenance request, note that it’ll take 5-6 requests and 2-3 phone calls before maintenance will come out. They NEVER tell you when they’re coming and sometimes will walk into the apartment without identifying themselves. Next problem was when they left a stepladder in my apartment. I moved it out of the way and put it on a shelf because they refused to pick it up. It fell off the shelf and gave me a concussion and when I requested for them to pay for my hospital bills because I was injured by their property, they told me they had no record of a ladder ever being brought to my apartment and that it was my problem. The manager of KRS laughed in my face about my request and injury. Very insulting and rude. Lastly, a maintenance man was supposed to come out and repair a window that allowed rain to just stream into the apartment. He came into my apartment without knocking, somehow got past the digital lock on my bathroom door (currently having a problem with my roommate stealing ANYTHING that’s not bolted down), then he rooted around for my spare bedroom key that was HIDDEN, and unlocked my door where I was napping. I caught him walking into my room when I bolted awake and he froze. I have no idea why he would trespass in two rooms he has no business or right to be in. KRS basically glossed over the fact he did that and refused to make a report. DON’T TRUST THESE SLUMLORDS. I hate where I live and this has been the worst living experience of my entire life. Hold out a little longer and find a better place to live. Lastly, they give nearly NO notice when showing the apartment. My review in a few words? STAY THE HELL AWAY.

The absolute WORST EVER i just moved into my apartment witch WAS NASTY AND DIRTY all my blinds were destroyed my STOVE is dirty the maintenance guy Anthony was nodding off as he was changing my light as if he was on something. All my closet doors were off track My a/c do NOT WORK. I’ve been requesting for another stove for over a week NOW these people are horrible and will ignore you. There were DEAD roaches on my floor they did a RUSH JOB ON CLEANING MY APARTMENT. I’m angry about my stove. I still have this dirty one in my apartment witch had dead roaches under it!!!!!!!! Who the hell would cook food in that 😡😡😡 everytime I see Anthony he lies and say he’s going to get me another I’m SICK OF IT I JUST MOVED IN MARCH 30 2018 and I cannot wait til my lease is up

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TOO! Please know that if you do have to give in you will not get your maintenance issues fixed on time! Without getting an attitude from the staff 1st. I have never In my life have I met anyone to be so rude for you just asking a simple questions. You have been WARNED...

I'm absolutely smitten with how smooth the renting process has been with KRS Holdings. Ashley was super helpful to adjust her schedule in order to show me the house and also very genuine when describing the layout of the home - which I greatly appreciate! Conveniently they also provide the ability to read over and sign your entire lease online which makes it easy for someone like myself to save each document to my cloud for later reference. I texted Ashley after noticing a slight issue with one of our agreements and she called nearly right after to correct the issue over the phone with me. Seriously, the process of renting with KRS has been super convenient and stress free!

I had an awesome experience with Ashley Claridy. From the initial phone call she exceeded my expectations and met everyone of my families needs in searching for a new home. She assisted me with making sure we found the perfect place, stayed in contact and followed through with everything she said she would do. I honestly feel like I may have called/text her way to much but she never seemed like it was an issue and was always so pleasant. I'm really glad I got the chance to work with Ashley, she's the absolute best at what she does! Thanks Ashley and KRS Holdings.
