Signature Properties

After owning our home for one year we had a sudden need to move out of state. We researched our options and decided to rent it. Signature Property Management was recommended by a friend and after we chose them to help list and maintain our property. In less than a week they found a tenant handled the paperwork and have taken the worry out of owning a home across the country from where we now live. We have experienced friendly prompt service. Good communication around repair needs when they have been necessary. And the prompt deposit of monthly payment of rent. I would highly recommend their service.

As a renter, this is the absolute worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Getting a simple response from them (Steve) takes multiple emails and we were lied to before moving in to our apartment- they told us the building had an indoor pool that they couldn’t find lol. After moving in, we found out that’s because the indoor pool doesn’t exist, so we were given two options- a $40/month decrease in the rent or the ability to terminate the lease when we wanted. We chose the latter option and eventually gave them our 60 day notice. Now all of a sudden, they are pretending that for some unexplained reason that written agreement no longer stands. In addition, thy are making no effort to rent the empty apartment. If you are a renter, do not rent from them!!

Couldn't be happier with Signature Property Management. Talked to several different ones before choosing Signature Property. Once I met Stella, I knew I had found the right one. She found tenants in a timely manner and have had the same tenants for over 2 years. Emails and phone calls are returned promptly and I do not have to worry about our property. Maintenance requests are handled quickly with reasonable expense. We live 3 hours away and after finding our own tenants for over 2 years and dealing with everything ourselves, we are so happy that we went with Signature Property. Our property is in good hands and they take care of everything!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY it may cost you 5000.00 + once you move out for basic use of the property once it looks lived in.. After renting for multiple years you could be forced to buy brand new appliances, doors, floors and even lightbulbs. Doesnt matter they were over 10 to 20 years old when you moved in, they might use the excuse that they are now damaged. Wear and tear does not exsist in this companys vocabulary. I have rented multiple property's in the past and have never seen or herd of a company taking this much advantage over tenant. # SHAME ON YOU SIGNATURE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

I was Emailed after finding a home advertised on Zillow and asked to meet at 12 pm at the rental. Emails confirmed time and location of the home to meet at. I got there at 11:45 am and had stayed there until 12:10 pm and still no email, call, or text saying Ann, the agent, would be late. At 12:20 pm I finally received a text and email saying she would have to move the appointment until tomorrow. I told her I was no longer interested as I had to wait and never received any word our meeting would be postponed. She said our meeting was at 2 pm in which I responded with screenshots of our emails. She then said I was correct, it was 12 pm, and that she had a "water leak" she had to tend to. Now I feel like she just didn't want to do her job. I feel like she would be a poor property manager and she not only lost money herself, but also for the company. If they rent this home for an individual, that individual is also out of money. Please avoid this!!!
