My experience with Dodson Property Management was unbelievably positive. The entire team was tireless in their effort and dedication. Whether during a current problem or anticipating future ones, the reps and professional team at Dodson always put my needs first and the needs of my entire household first. I can't express my gratitude enough for their positive, cheerful attitudes and the expedient service they offered during any and all issues. We are a maintenance vendor for Dodson Property Management. In working with their commercial management team we have found that they are great at communicating their needs, and the needs of their tenants. They understand that vendors and customers have to work together, and share that with a positive, always moving forward attitude. We would highly recommend them as a client for other contractors, or as a management company for potential tenants, as they will strive to work together to provide you with the service you deserve.

I have enjoyed my home at Gerwyn Manor. The grounds are well kept and the office staff are always friendly and genuinely care about their residents. I am sad to be leaving my rental home after 2 years but I finally purchased a home-otherwise I would stay forever. If you are looking for a rental I would highly recommend this community as place to call home.

Dodson has managed my home as a rental for over 6 years. They have great management software and provide owners all information needed to insure our home is well maintained and fully rented by qualified tenants. We had a recent turnover of tenants and the responsiveness of Michelle Doyle to us and to the tenants both leaving and moving in was impressive. She understood and met the needs of all concerned and reminded me of repairs needing to be completed and tenants of their responsibilities. Everything went well for all. Their growth model has worked well and they are better much than previous management companies we have used on another property. I have recommended them to about 10 other owners who have all switched over to them. Growth has been the result of good service but has also resulted in property manager turnover which has not always been helpful. I was so impressed with the Great Communication and responsiveness of Michelle Doyle, that I decided to submit this review on Google. Well done Dodson and Michelle...

This company has done a wonderful job managing my beautiful apartment in the fan. I love this apartment and was nervous about renting it. This company found good people, send my rent payment on time, answered all my questions quickly, was always kind and polite, and never failed to take care of all problems in a fast and efficient manner. They are professional, nice, hard-working, easy to reach and dedicated to doing a good job. I can't recommend them enough.
