This is the most efficient property management company I have ever worked with. My husband and I are tenants, we have never worked with a company that is so well organized, kind, and prompt. We were approved for the rental unit within days of getting them all the paperwork. We love that we have the option to pay our rent at ANY 7/11, so we can just pay at a convenient location instead of having to go out of our way, especially if we are traveling. The ladies are so quick to reply to any questions I have via email, they are so professional and sweet! We have had a handful of maintenance calls since renting with them, and they sent a technician over immediately! Our previous property management company would wait nearly 2 weeks (sometimes) before even acknowledging our phone call for maintenance, and it would take even longer for them to schedule someone to come address our issue. Doud Realty has just been such a dream to work with, and I really do recommend anyone to rent with them!

I've had great dealings with Doud Realty Services. The staff is extremely kind and quick to answer any questions you may have. I've nothing but good things to say about Doud Realty!

Doud did a great job managing my condo rental. They also have vital resources when anything happens to your property (maintenance issues, etc.). I highly recommend them.

Your recent 6/1/18 Craigslist posting looking for a "Maintenance Coordinator states:
"Our rental division is looking for a new addition...an EXTRAORDINARY Maintenance Coordinator! You must be energetic, enthusiastic, and have a very outgoing personality with a friendly demeanor. You should be able work well with minimal supervision, be VERY detail oriented and organized" with compensation: $10-$11 Per hour!
Asking for a lot for chump change. Possibly the reason why you are receiving so many negative reviews regarding maintenance request and service.
Highly recommend you looking into Glassdoor and see what the going wages are for "Maintenance Coordinators" in Norfolk (which encompasses your location). I'll help your readers...

I would do zero stars if I could. Please do NOT rent from this people. They are constantly rude over the phone or in person. Recently moved out of one of their properties and they ate up the deposit for things that we constantly put in maintenance request for. The maintenance man is Lisa Douds husband (which is probably the only reason he got the job. He is terrible at it.) We called for a complaint of mold in our bathroom and he just came and painted over it. Our door knobs we're constantly breaking ( again put in multiple requests to have them fixed) we ended up getting locked in the bathroom and bedrooms several times. They did nothing about it. If anything messes up on your rental I can garentee that they will only fix it the cheapest way possible. They basically stole our deposit for things they knew we're wrong but chose to ignore. BEWEAR!!
