Keep in mind you only hear about the minor complaints, not all the amazing things that take place on a daily basis. Bonaventure is a top notch company who is always making strategic market moves.. watch out :)

Does anyone other than an admin who answers the phone work here? I haven't been able to get a single person to answer the phone for weeks. My apartment complex is also ignoring all of my calls. So how am I supposed to get any of my issues revolved? Oh right.. I won't because this whole company is lying scamming cheats.

HORRIBLE! SCAMMERS! This company is horrible, the entire organization should be locked away with Bernie Madoff. I've never seen a business where you can't get anyone on the phone! They are crooked and they know it, Karma will return to reek havoc on those who stood by and watched.

The st croix property is the worst. $1100+ and I've been waiting four days to get my kitchen light changed. Checks were stolen from the office in August and we were never properly informed. I got minimal info after I went ballistic over the late notice knowing my rent was paid. After getting conflicting info I asked what exactly happened and was told I was not privy to office info even if it was pertaining to me. Though it was beyond their control, I also opened my door to a stabbing in a May. The 1st response I got was that they would need to determine who was responsible for paying for cleaning the strangers blood from my carpet, walls, and door. They got it cleaned after I reached out to an employee from a different property. My walls still show where the previous tenants pictures hung so Im questioning if the unit was painted. I know the carpet wasn't changed because stains appeared immediately and for once the office was too eager to have it cleaned. My notice has already been given for February. DO NOT MOVE HERE

This company is terrible!!! Don't rent from any of their properties. The one I am staying at is infested with roaches. I have only been here for two months and they disclosed they had a pest, bug, and possibly rodent issue even though I asked when first looking at the property and apartment. Bonaventure ignores the issue. They will take your messages and NO one will ever call you back. I am filing a legal suit against them. They will let you get out of your lease but they will not pay for moving expenses even though they should and are responsible.
