The Property Shoppe

We have used The Property Shoppe since 2013 to manage our rental property in Virginia Beach. Our property manager, Debi, is wonderful! She takes great care of our property and ensures everything is top notch. She is very responsive and treats our property like her own. We are very thankful for Debi and The Property Shoppe. Being a landlord is one less thing we need to stress about because we know it's under control.

The Property Shoppe has been managing my rental property in Virginia Beach for at least five years. I live out of town and I know my property is in good hands. Who needs Angie's List, when I have Debi Baker! She is responsible, knowledgeable, professional and my personal SUPER STAR. I wouldn't trust my property to anyone else.

Just bought my first home! Went through a few realtors from other realty companies in the past with no luck. Then I tried the Property Shoppe, and met Laura Henry, probably the nicest and most genuine person to be lucky enough to get as a realtor! Laura worked very hard to find us a home, and with my schedule and ALWAYS being out of town, she still came through 110%. LAURA HENRY found us our first home and I couldn't be more happy and lucky to get this home as a first. Thanks Property Shoppe, and thank you Laura and Reggie for making it happen!

as a property owner, I am so happy with the Laura and the property shoppe, She worked very hard to make sure that we got a tenant (in under 2 weeks) and also coordinated for paint, home cleaning, carpet cleaning and some small odds and ins along the way. Laura is great and I am very excited about a long and $ profitable $ relationship with this company

Thank you Kim for sticking up for us in the wake of a landlord that was overcharging! Apologies for the post move-out frustration, but you were kind enough to forward our complaints to the homeowner. We also thank you for the patience and understanding that you showed us. To potential customers, landlords may be extremely stingy with move-out items, but rest assured, Kimberly Cox and the Property Shoppe will still watch out for your needs.
