If I could, I would give this company zero stars. Contacted them directly about pest control issues with my apartment and was told that it wasn’t my place to directly contact them. I explained to them that the flea problem in my building was consistent and has only been an issue since a neighbor with a dog moved in. I asked if they would be requiring the new tenant to treat their apartment and home to relieve all of us of our problems as myself and 2 other tenants in the 8 apartment building had been having flea problems. The representative, Ms. Henry, told me that it was at the apartment’s management’s discretion to contact them if the issue was not resolved. Needless to say , I won’t be renewing my lease with Harpers Square. Nor will I ever lease from another Lawson Company’s property.
