Real Property Management Tidewater

I've been a tenant with RPM for a little over 2 years now, and although we are moving, they are still being very helpful. Morgan was who I have spoken with more recently and she is a wealth of knowledge and very personable! She answered all of my questions quickly and even informed me of a few things that made the move-out process a little easier! It is so nice to feel like a human and not just another number to a leasing company! Thank you RMP Tidewater! :)

Our rental property was vacated and quite honestly not left in the best state by the departing tenants. The team at Real Property Management, specifically Morgan and Chelsea, were able to quickly get our rental property back into top shape, and it was rented again in less than two weeks. They were very responsive to our requests and inquiries; and were very in-tuned with our concern of not having our property vacant for too long. Excellent work!

We had been looking for a new place to rent for months. I dealt with Fayth and she was amazing. She was patient and helpful and we are now resting comfortably in our new home! We absolutely love it. Thank you so much for all your help and we look forward to renting with you guys!

Having been a service provider to RPM Tidewater for the past year, I am very impressed with the company. All the individuals I have dealt with have been professional, polite and responsive. I am very satisfied with real property management due to the fact if there is any iissueor issue or anything needs to get fixed in my apartment they are on the ball. The staff is very friendly and on point. I wouldn't mind going through Real Property when i look for a house to rent.
