I met with Nancy Scala when I originally went to view the property we later rented! She was very thorough and explained everything in detail. The conversation was easy because she’s personable and definitely put mine and my husband’s mind at ease. She encouraged me to apply and was right - the process was quick and easy. Our property manager is May Garcia, she’s very prompt as well - with everything! If you’re looking for urgency and customer service, I would recommend renting with Lonnie Bush or utilizing their property Management services. We are pleased and will use them when we’re ready to buy in the next couple of years!

I wish I didn't have to give them a single star for this review. My experience over the last 4 months has been absolutely terrible. To start it off, we listed it at a price recommended by our agent. First off, we found a couple via personal advertising and directed them to our agent. They offered a price that was recommended that we decline. Shortly after, another couple wanted to move in, but the agent had our phone number (which was correct on every document we provided) incorrect. We lost out on that deal due to the delay in communication. Next, I receive an enormous gas and electric bill because apparently they put the heat on 70 with nobody inside, and it ran for a month and a half. When I told them about the bill, they sent somebody over, who still failed to set the thermostat correctly, and it continued heating. After 3 months of no contract, they recommend that I lower the price that I was initially advised to decline. I don't know how this company stays in business, let alone has convinced landlords that they are worth 10% of your money every month. When I had finally had enough, which I am ashamed to say took me as long as it did, I terminated our contract. They thanked me by locking all my keys in the house, requiring me to call a locksmith to get inside. PLEASE save yourself the time, money, and heartache and look elsewhere if you're in need of a property manager.
