The Breeden Company

Breeden Company bought Reflections of Virginia Beach and immediately cut down the big, old, beautiful trees that scattered through the neighborhood. When i called the office the poor receptionist had to read from a script about the new company doing construction around the neighborhood. She could only tell me they planned on chopping down most of the trees in the neighborhood. The foliage gave this place character. Now it'll just be another big parking lot baking in the summer heat like every other Breeden property. They've taken about a quarter of the parking spots for massive dumpsters. Loud construction continues around the neighborhood. Terrible experience since they took over the property.

This company is the absolute worst. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT rent a property that is owned by Breeden. I have had nothing but problems since I have moved into one of there properties. Lord knows I hope it doesn't snow because they will do NOTHING. Yes, you read that right they do NOTHING. If you want the sidewalk cleared you better get a shovel and do it yourself. I am truly surprised no one has hurt themselves due to the poor planning on their part. My lease is up in two months and I can't wait to get out of here. This place is truly a joke.

THE DEFINITION OF SLUMLORDS!!! If I could rate it a 0 out of 5...I would...The Breeden Company and Red Mill Landing Apartments are the absolute worst. They don't look at their residents as residents, we are bodies they make money off of and nickel and dime...STAY AWAY! Horrible management, WAY overpriced, worst service and quality of living is so poor. I've been in property management for years and have never EVER experienced something like this nor did I ever imagine a property management company would be like this. If it snows, they don't do anything to take care of it....I could write a book. Current resident at Red Mill Landing Apartments.

It hard to see the posts from unhappy renters at Breeden properties. I rented from them for over a year and couldn't have been happier. Our complex was always well maintained and the staff were very attentive. If i could give them 6 stars I would.
