I'm not pleased with this management.....make sure you thoroughly read your lease before signing with this company.....I had problems getting things fixed....I had to go through the third degree to get things fixed....I'm a renter now.... once a homeowner and I know what it takes to get things done and how to run a house.....the townhouse I moved in was and is.... roach invested and management refused to exterminate...management told me I had to do it myself.....as renter certain things the homeowners supposed to take care of and if I have to take care of those things the homeowners supposed to do.....I would be purchasing me a Home.....living here has been very costly ....this townhouse is old ....the Windows aren't insulated...which caused my utilities to be higher....& when I decided it was to costly for me to live here & the manager is very combative (I see why this house stayed vacant so long before I moved in)...when I gave my 60day notice...the manager had some bad feeling about it.... she had her workers enter my house twice without my permission.....I suffer with Multiple Sclerosis & I became sick & the manager still wanted to show house anyway.....I have been so stress dealing with this management....now I'm moving out and the manager wants to schedule a viewing on the day I'm cleaning up the house....(who does that) I would never ever refer anyone to this establishment....I have been treated so unfairly....if I could rate a zero I would

I have called numerous as I was interested in a property for rent posted with this company. The listing on two different sites provided a number for someone name Fred and for the company itself. My call was to Fres where I left a message on a Saturday. I didn’t not expect a call that day not sure if anyone worked on a weekend but I did expect a follow up call and did not receive one. I called the number on the other listing which was the office and spoke with the receptionist on Monday who took a message for me never received a call back. I emailed the address on the listing no response. So I decided to call the office again because we really really liked the house and thought it was perfect. This time the receptionist stated she would schedule a time for the agent to show me the house and we settled on Wednesday November 8 at 2 pm. She took my information and asked for my cell phone number and advised she would send a confirmation text once reaching the agent of our meeting on Wednesday. Of course I never got that text and was never contacted as for a reason why. I still like the house but it shouldn’t be this hard to find someone to rent ME someone very interested the house. I give up! My first impression isn’t a good one.

I am in love with my new home. The approval process was very very fast. I love how I am able pay my rent online. The property manager Christine has excellent communication and customer service and has been very prompt with responses to my questions during the entire process. I highly recommend JJC management & holdings to anyone who is looking for a home.

My list of issues is very long, so I will try to keep it quick and simple. No need to waste my time on them any longer.
- Repsonse times/communication was horrible. Any time I had an issue and would email the property mgr she would never respond until I would email a week later asking her to confirm she received my email. If I called, I got voicemail, so I always emailed to leave a paper trail.
- For months and months, after rain and snow, the sun room would leak. It took them forever to send someone out. And then the person they sent out never fixed the issue, so they ended up sending a handful of people out over the course of 6 months after we finally mentioned "property damage". That got their attention and a new crew came out to repair the roof. Still not sure if the roof is actually fixed.
- We moved out in March and provided a forwarding address for our security deposit. April rolls by. May rolls by. Knowing how they communicate, we reached out to them. They didnt inspect the house in March after we left. They inspected it when we emailed them in the middle of May, inquiring about our deposit. We were charged for things that made us laugh. But just to be rid of them for good, we accepted.
- The carpets are old and need replaced badly. The hot tub is advertised as working, but it wasn't. The owners and property mgr refused to fix the hot tub or replace the carpets.
Hopefully this house sits empty for a long time again. There are better options out there.
If you have a choice - find another company.
