Unfortunately, a "bad apple" within this company caused many of the previously listed poor reviews. While their opinions (reviews) are likely warranted, I'm happy to report that manager has been replaced. ACM is a family-run small business that cares deeply about their properties' homeowners and renters. The staff goes out of their way to personally help whenever they can.

This company sent out a "reminder letter" letting me know that I have a bill that is past due and they have added a late fee. I called to speak with someone regarding this because I never received an original bill. According to KAREN, I did receive one, 7 MONTHS AGO.... 7 MONTHS AGO? She proceeded to tell me that they sent a letter back in January stating a bill would be due in January and July. They did not send out a reminder of this bill. They are purposely not sending a bill out at the appropriate times to ensure that the residents will have to pay a late fee. Karen is also extremely rude and unprofessional. She was unwilling to waive the late fee because "the letter in January stated the July due date." Myself and fellow neighbors can not wait to apply to be on this board when the construction of this neighborhood is complete. We have yet to receive a letter letting us know what exactly our money is going to, or what the plans are for our neighborhood. Worst HOA management I've had to deal with.

Horrible Company. Rhonda is very unprofessional & lazy! She is very rude & needs to be fired. Please do not use them it takes months for them to do things & still do not do them right. She hangs up on you if she doesn't get her way. Paul the owner of the company does not call you back either. Horrible Horrible Horrible Company!! Needs to be out of business!

I have been trying to get my gutter replaced because the contractor for the lawnmower damaged my property. I sent pictures and they sent me a letter stating that they came to look at my property, and I need to take down the foil at my windows. I am not intimidated.

Finally! A small firm that will work with you and ensure that All residents (not just the board president) are happy. Atlantic Community manages a very large 800+ unit HOA where I own one home and I have only good things to say about them! I don't always have good things to say about management companies.... Atlantic is reasonable and accommodating yet also very experienced and professional.
