Wilkinson Property Management

I am a contractor and have worked with Wilkinson PM for 7+ years. They have always been very professional and stayed on top of state code requirements for smoke detectors. Patrick has always made sure that everything is taken care of for each tenant. Which is very beneficial to the homeowners. Susie is always friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend this company.

I am flooring contractor and have worked with Wilkinson Property Management for many years. The property managers work hard to take care of tenants and keep them happy and also to work for the property owners best interests by keeping the property well maintained. That is where I come in with carpet and flooring installations. Nice people to work with in a concerted team effort.

I am a General Manager of a condo community located in Arlington and one of my units is managed by Wilkinson PM. Everytime I call their office I am always greeted by a friendly voice on the other end. Susie has exceptional customer service skills and always handles my inquiries fast!
