Eric, the lead of this company, is very active in maintaining properties. He ensures that every one is cared for both when occupied and not. Recommend calling over e-mail to ensure prompt response - never had a problem when I called them. Before a cold snap, the company sent out e-mails to ensure precautions were taken for freezing pipes, and he went out to vacant properties to check on them. He also went out again after the storms were over. He is very talkative and understands your personal situations. There are three options for renting as a landlord, and they are customizable. Worked with Eric to find one that fit our needs, and the paperwork was all straightforward. This is a great small business that pays attention to detail - taking many "before" photos to ensure any damage that occurs by tennants is identified. That has been a source of lower stars in other reviews, but it is an honest way to ensure that tenants are responsible for their stay. They also do a thorough background check if you pay for that option, and I felt very safe with their selection process. Would use again. Highly recommend.

My family has 2 properties in Northern VA, one in Reston and one in Springfield. My father had managed our properties for years and was getting tired of it, so I said we needed somebody who did this for a living. A friend of mine referred me to Circle PM in Fairfax, we met with them, talked about what we needed to do to our homes and they took it from there. They did great work. Repairs, tenant sourcing and vetting, reporting, paying us on time, everything was great. It's a really good company and they deliver on what they said they would do. I would be happy to recommend them.

We wanted an affordable property management company to manage our home in Springfield. Circle Property has always been professional, prompt with home repairs and payments and we've never had a complaint from our tenants. They've done very good work for us for several years now and are happy to give them 5 stars.

Eric and the team really went out of their way to expedite an A/C repair request early on in our lease over the summer. With a family member who has breathing problems, the conditioned and filtered air is vital. He sent out an emergency repairman the same day. This really set the tone for our professional relationship.

I had two rental properties in NoVA, 1 in Alexandria and 1 in Burke, which I know longer wanted to be a landlord for. Too much hassle. I wanted professionals and I was referred to Circle PM and found their service, follow up, reporting and ability to source quality tenants, second to none. They are exactly was I wanted, and would recommend them to anyone in the DMV needing a top notch property management company.
