One of the best property management companies in Northern Virginia that I have dealt with hands down. Responsive. Good communication. I have referred employees to them to rent and would definitely use them to manage my properties.

We loved our rental! WJD was quick to respond and easy to reach. Made our Leasing process seemless from start to finish. When we first leased, we had a different management company but glad to see the landlord switched to WJD Management!

This Management is a total mess! I was a tenant to one of their property. I never had a chance to talk to the owner. When we move to the one of the condo, they didn’t told me that the condo was infested with roaches! Then they told me that they will change the carpet before moving in. They didn’t change the carpet. Then after we lived there for 2 yrs! They didn’t returned our almost $1550 security deposit because they changed the carpet after. The management didn’t response to my inquiry right until I consulted a lawyer! They even want me to pay for their’s lawyer’s fee. Absolutely disgusting management and their property! Will never rent under their management!
