Reviews
Was nervous moving to Greenhill Crossing after reading the reviews for Sequoia Management, and a recent issue with our account led my husband and I to believe that the reviews were true and there was no hope for our issue to be resolved. However, we appreciate the help of Haley Wheeler for advocating for us and helping with our account issues.

Partial HOA and they don't do anything but give out warnings to none board of director members. Meanwhile, there is a fallen tree that's been sitting rotting in the trail where they paved (which leads to me believe is their responsibility) for two/three years now.
The worst HOA ever. Stay way, far away.

This place is useless. I’ve sent FIVE emails over a 3 month span trying to get a guideline book so I know what we can and cannot do to the interior of our home in East Market of Fairfax. Not one single time have I gotten a response. I stumbled across this page full of reviews and it all makes sense now. I’m unable to give ZERO stars so I had to give one...... but I really give them a 0/5. We pay our dues and it basically just gets the lawn cut and bushes trimmed. At out next HOA meeting id like to try to get on the board, and if I do, I’m going to REALLLLLLLY push to get different property management.
Lately the fire department has been in our neighborhood 5 times a week. No one living here knows why. There are 2 vehicles continuously parked here with signs on the side that read “Fire Watch”, when I walk my dog the person inside is usually asleep, definitely not watching for fires. Mayyyyyybe let the homeowners know WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!!! Maybe a newsletter on the mailbox or something. My street was flooded last week in a sheet of ice due to a leaking sprinkler I’m assuming. Yet no one really know why.
This company “manages” absolutely nothing and just cashes our checks each month. THEY NEED TO GO!

How about your management and their back-up personnel not take a 1.5hr lunch break while you make residents wait for their visitor parking permits that should've been issued to them upon payment of their 1st HOA fee?
A disabled resident and myself have been waiting for that person to return for over 30mins for a permit that should've been mailed or available online.
They sure take your money online and can mail you bills and notices, but a parking permit? Being in the office? Nooooo, that's too much.
And sadly, the very kind secretary is feeling all this frustration and having to apologize for it. Unfair and unprofessional.

We have been towed twice with valid parking passes and were not taken seriously when we pleaded our case. The officer involved denied the line painting signage was not posted. This time it was because the card was parked slightly over the line. Ridiculous predatory behavior.
