Real Property Management PROS - Fairfax

The google reviews are not accurate. Check out yelp & BBB. Cons: slow response from rep., ridiculous service quotes, rep. lack communication skills & common sense, Non-responsive co. president, fees charged not disclosed before. I was contacted by Selina first. She was nice & professional. When I decided to use their service I got farmed out to a rep, Jen. First call was awkward as she does not have the basic communication skills, let alone customer service skills. She said her name then silent, waiting for me to say something, no "I got your account" "this is what I can do" "this is what I need"... nada. Awkward silence, only speak when "prompted". First month's payment already had "glitches", I didn't receive my rent, didn't get electronic transfer but was charged $25 for setting up electronic transfer (cost never disclosed to me) that had never happened. 2nd month, it's already the 10th & I still don't have my rent. Worst, their contractor quoted me double what was needed to a repair my tenant had called. Without knowing the history of the appliance or even a check up, Pros maintenance immediately quoted me $200 for "tune-up". How do you know a tune up is needed? Can't answer. I called around & got a reputable company to do a service check, cleaning & tune up for $105, same day service. Emailed Selina since I've had good commo with her, I was willing to give Pros another try & asked for another rep. The company president was forwarded with my concern; I emailed him personally explaining what happened. It's been a week & nothing. When I get a reply I will update this review. Everything about Noreen supported the idea that she is a very well versed professional, friendly and comfortingly competent. Her responses to my questions reflected a comprehensive knowledge earned from experience. As we jointly surveyed my property I always found her observations sharp and sensible. And communications with her were reliably timely. Dealing with her, I had the confidence that I was in trustworthy hands.

My experience with Property Management Pros. was a very smooth and organized. We will always consider their listing if client approves the property. Listing Agent Chuck was very considerate to my clients works schedule and always responded to my calls, emails and Text. Well Done Chuck. Peace and Blessings to you and your team.

Best property management I've experienced in 26 years of Army transitions. Exceptional professional service - from Chuck Adcox's initial review of property through rental process. What I have enjoyed most is their user friendly internet interface - I can access at any time to track all financial activity. If I need to pay for repair, I simply fund my account on their website. Highly recommend - they respond to email queries in minutes.

Noreen was the agent I worked with. She is brilliant...she walked me through the whole process and was very helpful with advising me to ensure I took the right steps to have my property rented. She was available to answer all my questions and I felt comfortable knowing my property was in expert hands.
