Never given a review before in my life no matter how bad the service. This company takes the whole cake. Their inability to effectively communicate anything is astonishing. They don't want to help you and they want you to go through as many different channels as possible to find the answer on your own. If you're a company considering using them to manage your HOA run do not walk away.

Had my car towed for the second time this year with the tag clearly displayed. this company is a scam. Consider carefully before buying a property managed by Norther Virginia Management.

Had my car towed from in front of my own house with a parking permit clearly displayed. No warning, nothing. I don't know if they take a cut from the towing company or are just incompetent. Not the kind of service you want from a company that YOU PAY to manage your subdivision.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid this company at all costs... Last month, me and my fellow employees were surprised to find out that the staircase leading up to and the hallway between our two units was getting painted. They came in again today, unannounced like before, to paint the doors. While they were here, the painters were practically blocking the entire staircase and the hallway between our units. We go between our two units regularly throughout the day, so obviously, blocking our doors was extremely inconvenient. To top it off, when one of my co-workers tried to pass between the two units today while they were painting the doors, one of them (I don’t know which one) started being rude and was giving my co-worker a hard time about coming through the hallway while they were here. We are a government contractor and we have government representatives, as well as representatives from other organizations, coming to our office on a regular basis for meetings. Thankfully we didn’t have any guests the two days the painters were here, but if we did, the painters blocking the staircase and doorways to our unit would have made us look very unprofessional and could have jeopardized potential future business, business that our organization depends on. In addition to the inconveniences of them coming unannounced and being rude while they were here, the quality of the work they performed was just abysmal. They left paint chippings all over the carpets and never vacuumed, let paint drip on the carpets and just let it dry without cleaning it, they let paint drip down the molding at the base of the walls (they never painted the molding itself), and left paint dripping on the doors. It took them nearly two weeks to have someone come in and clean up the mess they made. What a joke of a company.
