Real Property Management PROS - Arlington

Lengthy experience. My clients' were on top of their game and understand technology well. I would have been nervous with a B/C grade tenant.

I would rate it less if it was possible. The worst company to deal with, very unprofessional and thieves. Unethical and irresponsible, they charged me $300 to fix an unbroken dishwasher. Over $800 for a professionally cleaned apartment and stole personal property... the worst company that does not deserve any type of license!!!

Worked with Noreen. Incorrect billing from day 1 showing phantom charges and fees. Does not "like" e-mail. Lack of responsiveness. Claimed conversations took place that phone logs do not show. If I had more free time I would contact senior management and the BBB. I do not recommend.

My experience with Real Property Management PROS was very good. The one and only tenant they found for my townhouse was great in terms of keeping up the place, making timely payments, and no bother to neighbors, which is all you can ask. RPMP provides online statements and direct deposit of rent to the landlord's bank account. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is that once the initial paperwork was taken care of, I hardly ever heard from them, except for a couple requests for payment for repairs. Of course, part of the reason you hire a property manager is so you don't have to be bothered with any of the rental management, but I was hoping for some assurance that everything was OK with the tenant and the property, which I didn't get until I got access to the first inspection report about 7 months after the tenant moved in. That said, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic experience with Real Property Management PROs and especially Mary, on the maintenance team. She's been extremely quick and professional in getting every single problem we've had taken care of and always follows up with both emails and phone calls making sure that the problem was taken care of right the first time. Cannot recommend enough.
