PPM of Northern Virginia makes me feel like I am their only client as the manager of a high-rise condo that I own and rent out. PPM personnel always respond to my emails and calls right away. And during recent problems with a pipe replacement project, as well as with the condo management office condo, PPM has been extremely helpful and supportive to me each step of the way. I have been a property-owning client of PPM since 1989. This incident is worthy of your attention. My tenant reported her air conditioning was broken this past Friday, before a weekend where temperatures were expected to soar. I called Gloria at PPM at 1:00 Friday afternoon. By 3:00, AJ Mechanical had completed the repair. That’s 5-star customer service. Kudos to Gloria and AJ Mechanical for their response to my tenant. One-hour HVAC service at reasonable cost is extremely rare in Northern Virginia. Thank you to PPM for being there when it matters.
