If my experience stopped with the front desk team, FIrstService would have earned a one star. Luckily I worked to get ahold of the office staff while sitting in the downstairs lobby and was able to achieve the goal of my visit. The only organization you give money to monthly with as foul of a customer experience is your cable company.

They should change the name to WorstService Residential. Customer service -- an oxymoron -- is completely useless. They cannot take payments over the phone -- they direct you to a Web site that charges 3% for you to pay WorstService -- and they cannot actually help you resolve any issues, instead referring you to your property manager, who must petition then board for a waiver.

Horrible, horrible, horrible HOA management company! Property manager never answers phone nor responds to emails.

Property Manager I had to deal with was only reachable by email. Often time 2 questions asked, only 1 got answered. Charged for 500 dollars just to move in, why?
