We have been very impressed with Edward and his team! From the beginning, he and his staff were very professional in helping us make a smooth transition from our previous property management company. He was very patient with us as we worked through all the paperwork to get set up and even made time to chat with us over Skype to make sure no questions went unanswered. All emails are always answered within 24 hours, despite the 13 hour time difference between us and his team. He also met with our current tenant and helped her get situated with the change in management which was very helpful for us since we currently live outside the U.S. Another plus that drew us to Edward and his company is the web portal that is used for all management-related business. It helps us maintain documents, payments and work orders through one platform online that both owners and renters access. This level of accountability was one of the key pieces that was missing from our previous property manager. Given the distance between us and our property, we always knew we had to hire a property manager but we feel really lucky we found Edward and his team. The quality of work, communication and accountability gives us the peace of mind that our property and tenant are taken care of.

Edward is a true professional. He is highly intelligent and he knows very well the markets he operates in, both Texas and Northern Virginia. I couldn't have asked for a better property manager than Edward. His team of professionals also are top notch and extremely responsive even leading up to and after Christmas and New Year holidays. Most importantly I felt I really trusted Edward with my property and actually found him based on all his other very good reviews on Zillow. I can sincerely say I highly recommend him as a property manager and real estate professional in the DC and Northern Virginia area.

I run a local carpet cleaning company here in va. I ve been lucky to find mars hill realty. I am one of their preferred vendors. I can honestly see they are quick and fast to rectify any situations that may arrive, bc I am literally one of their preferred vendors they go to,. So I am pretty sure they have other vendors how well equipt to handle any situation. I sense, it has a personal feel and family vibe. I will definitely feel good in leaving my property with them.

This is my first experience leasing out a property that I own. From the initial contact where I received a call back from my email inquiry within an hour to tracking down the perfect tenant, Mars Hill has exceeded my expectations. They are very professional and provided me with best practices at every turn as this was all new to me. Communications throughout the process has been awesome. Everything is online but highly secure. And the Mars Hill Portal is first class with all documents, transactions and contact information at your finger-tips. And best of all, Mars Hill found a highly qualified tenant that I am thrilled with in just a few weeks. I strongly recommend you give these guys a call if you have a property for rent. They are really good at what they do.
