We just completed five years renting a property managed by PPMI and were very satisfied with their responsiveness and overall attention. The contractors used for maintenance and repairs provided very good service that was convenient for us. PPMI paid attention to the details of the property which the owner needed to address. If we had rental property in the area, we would be happy to have PPMI manage it.

PPMI did a great job of managing my property when I was relocated out of town. They were very good at communicating, very responsive to calls/questions, and they are one of the best values in the area, with a lower management fee than most other property management companies. I highly recommend PPMI to manage your rental property.

We were very disappointed with PPMI. With multiple moves in and out of Virginia for work we are familiar with several property management companies and we found PPMI's performance to fall well below our expectation. We were very disappointed on the lack of attention to details, lack of initiative, poor communication and very poor customer service. PPMI had never seen the home they were managing. They did not ensure that the house was maintained during the previous tenancy and no repairs were done to the home between tenants, so we as the incoming tenants had to discover and report all of the extensive issues and deal with all the contractors and many repairs. Every repair took several days to attend to. PPMI offered every excuse in the book used as why they were not at fault when failing to communicate and respond to issues in a timely fashion. Extremely disappointed and will never recommend or use their service again, and suggest no one else does either.

PPMI is THE BEST out there! We have been using them for the past 10 years now. We own a few properties in other states and wish they could manage all of them! They keep an eye on our property and care for it as if they personally own it. They keep us informed and always answer our emails. We couldn't be any happier with their service. A+

I have work with PPMI for the past 11 years and could not be happier with their service. They have treated my rental like their own and kept it rented with wonderful tenants for the entire tenure. They make great decisions on repairs/ maintenance and work very hard to keep costs to a minimum while also making sure the property stays in proper shape. They also helped me sell the property and were thoroughly excellent in that entire process as well. I will not hesitate to work with them again.
