Had a leak they said wasn't their problem when it clearly was...over all just a pain to deal with.

We used to be an American management customer.. I would rate them a 1 out of 10.. our entire board was much happier with our new provider when viewed in comparison... AM Virginia had good price per unit.. But my personal opinion as you get what you pay for... And the reserve study they did had to be redone by our new company.
