I will start by saying the food here is not bad at all , considering it’s in Hampton, VA. It’s hard to find good Jamaican food in Hampton Roads period. HOWEVER, this place needs to get it together. They never open on time, NEVER. Online and door says 11:30am .Arrived at 12:40pm door locked and was told to wait another 35 Minutes. Close at 10:30 doors locked at 9 with “ I went to the store be right back” and had to wait until 10:40. Keep in mind the store is literally next door , no apologies ,no discount thought it was a joke. These are just two examples of multiple times. Do not do Uber eats with them ! They will accept an order and not let you know that they are out until the driver arrives and calls you. If another Caribbean restaurant ever opens I will gladly try them out in hopes of a better experience. But since there is a lack of options I assume this is why patrons put up with this horrible service.

Absolutely delicious Caribbean food and surprise! this place also has a juice bar. I ate the whiting it was crazy good, the plantains were cooked to perfection, mac and cheese had some added flavors but still yummy. Also the rice with oxtail gravy was too good. I can't wait to visit again, great first time experience.

Great food, great service. Nice selection of natural juices and desserts as well as vegan options. As a meat and potatoes type, I go for the Oxtail! My new spot for oxtails! Highly recommended!

Walk in and take a whiff and you'll already know you've made a good choice. Great food, great price, and nice staff.

The food is good. Minus two stars because they are usually sold out of the best menu items and the credit card machine is down sometimes
