Higher Heights Caribbean Restaurant

Happy I found rhis place. The bad reviews are surprising. The lady, Anita is very nice and friendly. Portions are good and price is good for Caribbean food. Others must be complaining about nonsense, u can go to those other high Caribbean restaurants and pay twice as much. Plus the owner is a true Yardy!!!

I will never spend my money here again. I use to go periodically for years. I went on Tuesday and the lady who takes the orders attitude was worse than usual. Not grateful at all for your business. And the portion size is NOT worth the money. BUT MY ISSUE IS BIGGER. I WENT TO THE COUNTER TO PLACE MY ORDER AND MY 6 YEAR OLD SON WENT TO USE THE BATHROOM. THE LADY TAKING ORDERS FOLLOWED HIM INTO THE BATHROOM. WHEN I ASKED WHAT SHE WAS DOING, SHE SAID I NEEDED TO WATCH HIM BECAUSE SOMEONE FLOODED THEIR BATHROOM THE DAY BEFORE!!! I WAS LIVID. I hadn't been there in about a year or so. So, you follow my 6 year old in the bathroom because someone flooded your toilet??? NEVER AGAIN!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY TO MP's! Better food and portion sizes.

I had placed an order and was told I couldn’t get a third side item even if I was paying the difference, since when? I’ve always did it and paid the difference. The stuttering (COOK) guy had the nerve to call me unintelligent and how I was trying to get free food! Not even the case, have been going to this place since I was introduced to it. You don’t even get large portions but I sucked it up and I never received anything for free. But I WILL NOT be returning!!! The guy is rude and I made sure he knew it. Stay away from this place....

Very low quality food for high price no taste owner lady so rude won't come back I spent $30 on two dinners not worth $30 the worse Caribbean food she should be a shame herself Robing people like that. Close it down bad business

The the worst Caribbean restaurants in Norfolk food was very disappointing and high in price for poor quality food so disappointed will never go back to that establishment you've been warned do not waste your money. Straight rip off plus bad vibes!!
