Came during regular business hours. Tuesday at noon. No one there, doors locked, despite the sign advertising they were open and the lights on.

I saw Vivian at Mattress Firm and had a very positive experience. We weren't necessarily planning on buying a mattress on our first trip but she made the experience so calm and painless that we were happy to leave with one. She eased our minds about such a big purchase and walked us through the whole process.
