Wonderful, authentic German deli. Sells German meats, breads and cheeses and a few other imported products, and makes their own sandwiches. Store has been around for years and years with the same recipes. Friendly staff, friendly patrons. This place is one of the best things about Marina.

The young man working solo today (July 11, 2017) was hard worker and outstanding customer service! He was so patient with a very elderly lady and very nice to everyone who came in while doing all the work. On top of that the sandwich was very good too. It is a little plain place tucked into strip mall but worth the stop. Sandwich very good, service exceptional.

I was drawn to the restaurant thinking it would be fresh Mediterranean or Middle East food . . . It used to be however the current operators sell German food ( commercially processed meats ) but never changed the name . Sorry for the 3 stars but life is easier for customers when businesses are more straight forward . . . Many many German name options they could have used but didn't . .
