Teske's Germania

Good atmosphere, amazing food, and really good beer! Not the cheapest of restaurants in the area, but once you see the size of each plate you understand why. If you are going by yourself or as a couple, avoid the starters, they are delicious and you will want to eat them all, but them you won't have room for the soup, salad and entrees (all included with the entree) and the service is amazing, always go there every now and then and always they serve with a smile and treat you really nice. I can not recommend enough this place. If you like German food, this is the place to go in San Jose

I visit this place regularly. The atmosphere is always laid-back. You can have a good conversation there. It is a family owned and operated place. Food is good and beer is excellent. They only have one screen, so it is not a sports bar. They have two dinning rooms and during the summer they have live music on the patio. It is much bigger inside than it appears from the street.

I like this place. Very authentic, nice selection of beers and traditional food. During Octoberfest everyone dresses up and there is live entertainment. Reconnected for a true German experience

This place is great. Always lively. Staff are all friendly, helpful, and competent. Prices are pretty high but the portions are huge and the food is terrific.
