I was extremely happy with John and his staff at Mesa Jewelers!-They were very professional and helpful in repairing/ creating a beautiful ring for us! What was even more impressive was that they completed the piece several days sooner than we expected and at a reasonable price! I would highly recommend this business for any jewelry needs you have!

My experience while picking out my wedding set was amazing. From picking out my setting to deciding on a stone. I ended up with the ring of my dreams. Excellent customer service as well. Very helpful even with jewelry we didn’t buy there. It’s the only jewelry store my husband and I care to go to now, and one we highly recommend!

At first everyone was super nice and helpful, while we were still in the market for a wedding band and men's ring. The owner especially was very reasonable, they even serviced my engagement ring without the warranty paperwork which you're supposed to have. However, after the money was done being spent I feel like the service quality dropped. I've had my ring for 3 1/2 years and multiple stones have been loose. We don't live in state anymore so I wasnt able to uphold my end of the routine maintenance so I brought it in while visiting family and was thrilled when they offered to tighten it for free. 2 weeks after I took it in the stone was loose again. It wasn't a horrible experience though and my ring is absolutely gorgeous but it needs a lot of upkeep. If you're planning on staying in the area and getting free maintenance regularly it might be a better experience than mine.

My family and I have been doing business with Mesa Jewelers for years. They stand behind the products they sell and are family owned. No big box name just good, friendly, knowledgeable people doing a great job. They make buying that special piece of jewelery easy, fast, pleasant, and a over all good experience. I have told everyone I know to go see John or Chris at Mesa Jewelry a go. You will be glad you did.

Brett was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave me great tips about the look and fit of the stones in my ring. Made the process quick and easy and I feel great about the ring! She's going to love it!
