Motel 6 Eau Claire WI

Stayed for two nights on busy Memorial weekend. No frills just the basics but awesome price for 3 adults in 2 rooms. Even had fresh towels, cleaned room and made beds after first night. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great place to stay. Was here for a 2 day stay with my GF. the room was clean the staff was wonderful ask a few different staff members about stuff going on in the area they directed to place to eat and other things to do in town. The two I remember talking to were Traci at the desk and the GM there Jarrod both very helpful made sure we had every we needed all around just a awesome stay these people took very good care of me. Keep up the good work guys.

All around pretty mediocre... if you were to compare motels to cars this Motel would be about a 1997 Ford Taurus.. except there was one member of the staff who really stood out with excellent performance and service. I happened to catch her name and it was Jada... if anyone from management is reading this, do yourself a favor and hire more Jada's

Desk check in was friendly and quick. Room was clean. Missing light bulb in lamp next to bed, and TV remote wasn’t working entirely. Air conditioning worked beautifully, as it was 92 degrees outside and room was cool when checked in. Really appreciated that. Thank you!

This is her Mom, who made reservation and paid for room. When I made the reservation, I spoke with Charlotte (very nice lady), and I confirmed that my daughter would be able to rent the room without issue as she is 18. I confirmed that she has a credit card in which to pay for it. Charlotte checked with local statutes, and confirmed that there would be no issue. I went ahead and booked the room. When my daughter arrived Friday evening, there was a lady (she didn't get her name) who asked if she was 21. Molly said no. The lady said that it is Motel 6 policy that the renter must be 21. Molly said the lady was quite rude and said "I don't have time to deal with this, I'll rent it to you anyway." Molly got her room. Having worked in the hospitality industry, I understand it can be difficult. That being said, this woman should be aware of statute (or double check as did sweet Charlotte in reservations) and the Policy on the website for this hotel which states that the renter must be 18. This was unacceptable in my opinion. When I visit Eau Claire (my daughter will be attending UWEC), I don't know that your establishment will be my first choice. I hope you treat other young people more appropriately than my daughter was.
