Nathan's Restaurant

While visiting my daughter and her fiance we dined at Nathan's which is about a mile from her house in Slidell. We sat on the back porch facing the river and the food was excellent as was the service. The next time we go back to Slidell, we will dine there again!

The service was amazing. Our server name is Lisa and she was knowledge and nice. It was my girlfriend and I 1 year anniversary and we had an issue with one of the mixed drinks we had, but she was so nice about it and took care of it immediately. The food was amazing. We had the seared tuna for an appetizer. She had the Eggplant Napoleon and I had the Pecan crusted fish. Everything was cooked perfectly and was delicious. We plan to go back again for lunch and bring friends from out of town in the near future.

Never have I been made to feel so unwelcome at a restaurant. This place came highly recommended but Andrew the bartender was unhelpful and rude.

Why travel to the city when we have a 5 star restaurant right here on the northshore! You get an an executive chef with countless years of experience and culinary abilities along with a professional staff that make you feel as if you are at home with family! You cannot go wrong here, from the many seafood dishes to a filet that will make most steakhouses jealous. Nathan's is a must!
