The staff at New Century are great! I bought a new Ram 2500 from Devin Ellington in March of 2016. The experience was nothing short of fantastic. From initial contact to final purchase, everyone was down to earth, professional, not pushy, and just fun to be around. A year later, Devin still checks in occasionally to make sure I'm still doing well, enjoying the truck and to see if he can do anything for me. Top notch customer service!

These guys are great. They really work with you and go the extra mile. Whether its their sales team - led by David Ellis - or their service department, these guys are really top notch. I personally had some issues with the production of my truck, but David Ellis kept me informed and helped expedite the process. Just can't say enough good things about these guys.
