If I could give lower than 1 star I would. Do not ever send your loved ones here. The staff is very rude and their quality of care is very poor. Also when I was a teenager, I was seeing a therapist at North Range and was assulted by a guy and the therapist never did what she was supposed to do and report it. I was a minor and scared, and instead of reporting it too someone, she helped me come up with an excuse to tell my parents. That is NOT what they are supposed to do and as I got older I realised how wrong that was. Even if she didn't know all the facts, she was supposed to report it because I had a huge bruise that took up half my neck. I strongly advise you to find mental health care somewhere else!

as a patient I stayed in the respit portion of this building... Everything was fine and dandy here until I hit the 7th Day of the program. On my 8th day I was removed from the respit program and I had to leave. The circumstances which involves me being removed from the program we're not sufficient enough to prove fault of my own. I advise this program the day after I was asked to leave the building of my complaint against an employee there. If my treatment required me to take a urinalysis test respit advised me that would provide transportation if needed. I asked numerous times that evening when I could have been simply told we do not have the Staffing available to give you a ride. This place did me for did provide me with security and comfort during this time I stayed the re. But the way i was excused from the building was completely detrimental to my sobriety.

Kathryn henecke stated many times she 'didn't want to waste her time' looking at medical records, and that patient 'looked fine'. She also repeatedly pushed medications that resulted in suicidal ideation hospitalizations. Patient was able to find a way to continue mental health treatment with a real practitioner, but I don't understand what she is there for.

This place is a joke Tracey is beyond rude, unhelpful don't take suicide serious if you need help don't go there..... one man was helpful besides him they suck. Hopefully Tracey loses her position.
