I have seen two different counselors at this clinic. The first one was not a good fit for me, and while she didn't do anything "wrong" per se, I decided to switch to a different person. I called the main line to switch and the receptionist was very understanding and helped me find a different counselor to work with. The second counselor is great, and a much better fit for my needs. Thank you!

North Range has been amazing helping my oldest through some really dark times. All the therapists and doctors have been helpful, supportive and understanding. I don't know what we would have done without all the help and support we've gotten from the staff there.

Henecke pushed medications that previously landed me in the hospital with suicide ideation. She "didn't want to waste her time" looking at my medical records, an her handling of my unmedicated state was so terrible I landed in the hospital again. BEWARE. I don't know why/how she is licensed. They keep deleting my reviews.

Gail is a doctor that doesn't value her patients , heard horrible things from other customers in the lobby and she canceled the first day after her vacation. I really need to see a doctor and now I am forced to seek help elsewhere , YOU ARE HELPING PATIENTS WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES, take some responsibility and don't work days you don't want to. I just hope there was no one that needed to go today more than I did because I was really looking forward to finally getting the help I have needed .All of the other staff has been amazing in my experience but do NOT make an appointment with Gail, unless you don't care about your time. Called me 20 minutes before the appointment as well to cancel.

If I can give them a zero I would .Staff is extremely slow it takes forever for them to do anything. they mess up the schedule they messed up the paperwork the simplest tasks are too hard for them. The so-called counselors and "drs" don't listen don't care. told me to eat healthier exercise and get counseling when I have severe manic depression severe anxiety and severe bipolar. told me there is NO way I'm having the side effects I was telling her I was having and that she's never heard of the medicine doing the opposite of what it's supposed to do. Lol 90% of the reviews pharmacist and other people I've talked about and everything I've read it's extremely common to be feeling what I am feeling and trying to tell her that apparently I insulted her well guess what you don't know what the heck you're talking about listen to your patients especially when they're talking about killing themselves!!!!!! People who go there are extremely fragile and people are asking for help and for you to make me feel ten times worse and make them feel unwarranted about their feelings and telling us that they are wrong you should be ashamed of yourself please take this job seriously before someone gets hurt.
