Just celebrated my son's 3rd birthday, first weekend of November 2017...it was amazing! I ordered supplies from Open A Party almost two weeks or so before the party and everything came when it was supposed to, just in time. I was very impressed with the quality of the supplies, especially the banner. All our guests were impressed with the décor...it all added to an incredible ambiance our son LOVED :) I'll definitely be ordering again for any future events and recommending Open A Party too!

I placed an order online for my daughters Birthday Party. Service was really good, products were awesome and exactly as pictured online. Loved it!!! Thank you so much for the great service!! Highly recommended.

Great service...Super fast delivery and all the products I ordered was the same as in the picture. Low prices and very affordable too. Skip the hassle of the traffic and counter lineups...order online at open a party... Thanks a lot

WORST COMPANY EVER! I ordered a pack of $9 mylar balloons and paid $27 after taxes and shipping. MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. When I asked for a refund, Monique, their customer service manager said that UPS was unable to deliver it because I wasn't home and that I was not entitled to a refund. They didn't even let my concierge sign for it as my concierge does with all my deliveries. UPS didn't leave a notice saying they had missed me and Open-A-Party never even tried to notify me that I had missed their delivery. They said it was my responsibility to track my package from a tracking number that was in an email that went to my junk folder. Open-A-Party thinks that $27 is more valuable than their customers and their reputation. Definitely take your business elsewhere.
