Pet Adoption Center

Came in to look at the older cats TO ADOPT, I found a HUGE beautiful cat that caught my eye. I asked if I could go in there or the staff bring her out. The lady instantly snapped my head off, waving me away with her finger telling this isn't a petting zoo. I told her I was interested in adopting a older, bigger cat. She proceeded to tell me to leave. I told her in reply, that I would like to see how the cat is with me and my son and see her personality. AGAIN she told me to leave. I told her that was unprofessional of her, and that she didn't have to be rude. Again she told me and my mother and son to leave. I wish I got her name.

Don't go there. Check out the Dog shelter and the Rescue group. MUCH better animals at the Rescue Group

My brothers and I received horrible service we asked for help and they knowingly ignored us and when we did ask for help a darker lady assumed we were trying to go in the cat cage and denied us service and kicked us out trying to adopt a kitten named Max

I went in there to just look and sent a picture to a friend who was interested in one of the puppies. So I asked a couple questions and they were very nice, and they asked where I lived and when I told them I lived on the military base their whole personality changed. They told me they don't adopt out to military families because of the problem we have with animals being dumped. That I understood but they were very rude about it. Telling me in a very rude way "I could tell you were military when you walked in." and basically accused me of dumping the puppy I already have when my husband and I move out in a year. When I asked if it's a definite no, or if maybe they could meet my friend, she said "we can but it'll be a no." without any hesitation. If you're a military family, I suggest to avoid this place at all cost because they won't even hear you out and will talk down to you.
