You can not get through the phone at this Lompoc animal services. Something is wrong and only the employees know why. Maybe they need more than one phone line.

The last few years the staff grew a I don't care attitude. Seems they count on the volunteers for most of it. One girl doesn't work there anymore thank goodness. She had a bad attitude overall and seemed to be a bother for her to be there. I wanted to adopt several times and Everytime I was told my landlord either didn't answer or he said no. I found out he was NEVER notified.

Had a really great experience here. Everyone was very helpful & friendly & we adopted CeeCee who fits perfect for are family(: thank you all there at Santa Barbara animal Shelter!

The people there are so rude and I been request for adopt a dog 5 times arredy and never ever got a call from them pluz the front desk people never ever have good attitud always so ugly costumer service

I agree that the staff has a poor attitude, doesn't listen to pet owners and seem to be more concerned about money than pet welfare. facility appeared clean
