Pet Adoption Fund

I got my goofball of a german shepherd Oscar from here in December! Loved him as soon as they walked me up to his gate and love that they were extremely helpful and patient. I believe what they do is great and would not hesitate to go back if I get the chance to have another pal!

We had the worst experience with the people at this place, we came as a family to adopt a dog since we didn't want to buy one we wanted to adopt and give a loving home and save one from the shelter, we live in a big house with a yard, the dog we picked was very shy and scared so we had some alone time with him at the shelter, the dog didn't want to get very close which was normal since he didn't know us. They decided that because he was scared he shouldn't be with us. He is in such poor conditions at the shelter on a cement floor by himself all day, but that is better for him than a loving home. We will never go back there again!

Unbelievably rude staff. The manager, Pat, is one of the most obnoxious people I have ever encountered. They thrust paperwork in your face before you even have a chance to look at an animal. Unfortunate state of affairs for the animals because these people discourage you from dealing with this place. Response to owner: So have your people communicate that to the folks that visit. It's a not a question of policy, but one of delivery. Be nice, not rude or forceful. You people have a lot of negative feedback across multiple sites all relating to rudeness. Please do something about it rather than post canned responses to feedback.

I got my BF Katy from PAF Nov 2009. She's the best. PAF is awesome and doing such incredible work. Thanks everyone.
