Such an amazing place! You can tell they care about their animals and care about who adopts them. They are non profit so what you pay to adopt all goes back to the animals. They have many cats, dogs, rabbits. They've had pets there over 600 days so they keep and take care of any animals who come through their door until they have a forever home. They also offer volunteer opportunities for all ages and for families as well. From cleaning up rabbit cages and feeding them to playing with cats in their cat rooms and socializing the shyer dogs. And If you cant volunteer you can always donate which goes to food, litter, medical, and over all care. The staff is very knowledgeable about the animals different personalities and can pair you with the perfect pet if you let them know what you are looking for. They fortunately and unfortunately get alot of new animals in all the time so if you go in and don't find the right one there will be more. They use their Facebook to share about new impounds as well as pets who have found their forever home. I know there is some negative reviews but just know wags does the best they can with the resources they have and truly give their best to each animal there

We adopted our WONDERFUL cat there and are SO delighted and happy!! He's such a healthy and loving guy! The people there are very kind and caring and truly want the best for the animals they care for!

Wonderful animal shelter ran mostly by volunteers and donations. They always work hard to promote animal welfare. Wags often offers discount adoption days to help get animals into their forever homes. Very caring group that helps animals in the OC.

I adopted a kitten from them and a week later it got very sick. I tried to save him witch costed me 500 dollars another week when by and he died.DO NOT EVER GET ANY PETS FROM THEM PLEASE.
