Rancho Cucamonga Animal Care & Adoption Center

Staff was really nice , except for some of the ladies at the front desk. Just completely disregarded my friend and I when asking her a question. Luckily one of the volunteers was very nice and helpful. Other than that very clean and nice facility. Just need to work on having more welcoming people with manners to people just trying to adopt a dog.

Great facility. Looks clean and well kept. The people we ran into in the back were very nice. The same could not be said about some of those in the front desk. Trying to avoid communication and one was very weird about the rules there.

There process here is terrible. If kids are going to be frowned upon here or the staff gets to determine if you are capable of caring for a pet like there some type of god then yea I'll keep my 60 bucks for a kitten. My son is on the spectrum ASD and he doesn't these loud yelping noises. The workers where the kittens were began staring at him like he was some type of foreign object and had some type of disease. I stayed calm and continued to look. My 2 year old was touching areas like the janitors cart so I grabbed him and held him in my arms while trying to control my 4 year old who has ASD. Ok... so then after waiting for the meet and greet I was taking back to meet the potential cat I wanted to adopt. Mind you the whole family needs to be present 😒😒 The staff lady took the kitten out and didn't allow me to hold the kitten or really want the kids to touch the kitten. She told me the kids were kind a an endangerment to the kitten. Seriously !!! I was so heated but remained calm ad she tried to put an older cat on me and my kids. Awful awful awful experience. Thank God my kids are too young to have understood what we were going through and the discrimination that was felt. I think there happy go lucky heart and attitude is what kept me calm. Anyways I do not recommend this place. I'll stop there

They do take good care of the animals but out of the many times I visit, they have been pretty rude to me and even avoiding my service.

Great staff & service.. beautiful center.. great animals waiting for there future homes.. i wish i coukd adopt them all..
