Petco Animal Supplies

Sometimes it's difficult to find a floor associate, especially in the evenings. But the staff, when you find them, are nice and helpful. I am really very pleased with the refillable cat liter that they carry. It's a premium product, cuts down on packaging waste and is a good price. Great selection on dog and cat treats and toys. The smaller mammal products (gerbils, mice, etc.) are hit are okay.

Good prices with a friendly staff. Also their dog trainer Mary is very knowledgeable and does a great job training the dogs and people on how to follow through.

I have never had a problem at this store aside from it being short-staffed occasionally. The selection is always what I expect, with new promotional items in rotation but the basic essentials always available. Supplements for my lizards are always easy to find here, and the staff is always prompt in assisting me with cricket purchases. It is also easy to find most of what I need for my fish, but it would be nicer if they had more selection and variety in aquatics and reptiles as they do in cats and dogs (not a store specific problem). The staff has always been courteous. I am a frequent customer and get recognized and treated well. I have been to Petcos where the staff were atrocious and even downright derogatory; this Petco team is absolutely wonderful. I am always helped, even if I may have to wait, and am able to get what I need and get out in a timely fashion. This is an excellent place to get dog and cat food, litter, and accessories. This is also a good place to find everything needed to start an aquarium or terrarium for fish, amphibians, or reptiles. You can also find rodent and bird cages, as well as a wide selection of pets to take home from the store. Skip Walmart and shop at a place where the staff cares about you and your pet.
