Proper Time Watches & Jewelry

I had a brand new Rolex Sea Dweller Deep Sea, sadly it stopped working within two years. I sent it to Proper Time and in less than two weeks had it returned fully functional and beautifully polished. Until then a Rolex service or repair usually took 12 weeks. I love the watch and it’s running beautifully. I would highly recommend their service. Price was less than I expected and the service was done so quickly I didn’t have time to even miss my watch. I would not hesitate to have any of my watches cleaned lubricated or serviced there. I can’t speak highly enough about their service.

Awesome little shop with a great staff! Very knowledgeable and fair - worth the trip from Fort Collins, even for a quick watch repair. Highly recommended!

Very friendly older couple. Brought in a watch to have sized to my wrist. This is not an epic task and they have been in the business a long time. They never called me to tell me it was ready. I had to call and check w them. When I came in to get it, it still wasn't sized right. I have to come back tomorrow. Really? This has been a 5-6 day holdover for taking links out of a band. I will not be coming back here.
