R&B Soul Food & Cajun Kitchen

I don't know where to start!!! My mate traveled to Houston on business and I was craving some home cooking without having to cook. I Googled restaurants nearby her location and when she brought the food home I was VERY PLEASED!!!! I ordered the smothered pork chops with yams and Mac n cheese n cornbread, it came with rice😍😍she ordered the Turkey necks with cabbage and Mac n cheese.. Everything was superb!! The seasoning, the portions, two meals in one Seriously!!! When I called the staff was so friendly and welcoming.. I have truly found a place in TX that reminds me of home [originally Milwaukee, reside in Dallas] Baby R&B is on the Map!!!! Certified The Truth Soul Food!! We will definitely be back SOON😁😘

This food was so delicious! I had oxtails, macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes and cornbread. Everything was seasoned to perfection and the portions were huge. I was able to be stuffed for lunch, and had plenty leftover to be full for dinner. The ambiance was comforting and welcoming. Next time I'm in Houston I'll be going back.

My MIL makes some of the best country soul food & this place reminds me of her home cooked meals. The taste is amazing. I’ve had the baked chicken, chicken spaghetti and the Mac and cheese is A1. My husband gets the Salisbury steak and loves it.

Love their smothered chicken and pork chops. All the sides are awesome!
