Bigga MaMa’s Soul Food (Inside Valero)

The food was amazing!!! The oxtails were so tender and seasoned to perfection. Mac and cheese, greens and oh my the sweet potatoes!!! Everything was delicious. My only complaint is I didn't buy an extra plate of oxtails! If you get lucky and they have the sweet potatoes tart pies buy them. They had 2 when I went and I'm sitting here wishing I had 2 more. I will definitely be returning.

Food here is so good! The place is actually tucked away in a convenience store so when we found it, it was like we had located a gem! Don’t let them being in a convenience store draw you away, everything is very clean and spacious. The staff were very courteous, food was good and very reasonable priced. It’s actually the only soul food place that I know of in the Katy/Cypress area. I have found my new favorite local food spot. Highly recommend trying them out!

Oh man oh man. I'm so happy I found this place .There are no soul food places in Katy but this place♥♥. I went there for the first time yesterday and the porkchop was so tender I could cut it with my fork ..Yummy Yummy . I'm back today for the oxtails. If you haven't tried this place you better .

Oxtails outstanding, yams superbly cooked to the right tenderness. I just saw the advertisement today. Staff friendly and courteous. Will be back soon.

Really great place to get some soul food and home cook meal.. the food was amazing, the people very friendly, and very reasonable priced.... I would definitely recommend this since I live in Cypress and there's no soul food place in Cypress. I will definitely recommend this to family friends and co-workers.
