The food was very, very good. These types of soul food places are getting harder to find. The plate I got was covered in generous portions and smothered in gravy. It was awesome. I'd go back in a heart beat.

I ordered food for my husband and I , it is so good. Good food good people and that should make you want to go try them out if you have not yet.💕💐💐

I love those oxtails from here so much and I will be trying them chitterlings pretty soon....

We went because we had never tasted fried baby back ribs. I had seen them prepared on the Food Network where the ribs were smoked for several hours, then breaded and fried. These were not smoked and tasted like fried pork chops, not ribs. My friend had the smothered chicken and was not impressed. The potato salad was very good.
