We used this facility to park in when we ventured with our children to the Mall. Conveniently located close by to the White House, Lincoln memorial etc. When we went into the actual building to find exit doors, I was pleasantly surprised to see how big and open and clean it was! Floors were literally gleaming! They were so shiny! There was a trade show of some kind being set up and I was astounded at just how big the place was. Food court located on the lower level as well with a surprising number of food vendors! Highly recommend especially for parking as street parking this close to so many historic attractions is difficult to find.

I’ve been here a couple of times - for an alumni event(s) and a comedy show (The Capitol Steps). It was great for both. The architecture can feel a bit outdated, but there is so much to explore and see here! And the seats are super comfy. I always find myself wandering the halls afterwards (whoops!?) but there is just so much to see. I found a painted donkey and elephant, Reagan quote, and rainbow glow decor. The staff is really friendly and usually informative if you want to know about the history of it all!

Great place to work or hold an event. This isn't your typical Government building. It's almost like working on cruise ship. The building has multiple ballrooms/ amphitheaters/meeting rooms. Every day there a multiple events that building staff prepares spaces and services. Seriously, Everyday!
The building also has nice food court that's available tourists who want to get inside an environmentally controlled building with plenty of room spread out, get something to eat and sit down. Sure tourists can be loud but they are vacation and they add a nice, dynamic feel too the building.
Finally, the location is perfect. It's practically on the Mall, the White House is a block away, the Capitol is down Pennsylvania Ave and there museums packed in between.
What's not to like?

I parked here on a Monday to visit the Smithsonian museums. This is a great location close to the national mall. But getting around this building to get out of the garage and back into the garage is probably the worst. There are no signs anywhere in the building to help you to get up from the garage out to the street nor any signs to lead you to the CORRECT elevator bay; because there are multiple elevator bays that will not take you to the garage. Also to get back into the building you need to pass through security. It is easier to park at a metro stop outside the city and the the train in.

Don’t go to ‘Forever Young Cafe’! I came on a group trip, so we had food tickets. I ordered a grilled cheese, was given the wrong order. The staff was so discombobulated that no one could listen to me to fix it. I then ate my entire meal waiting for a smoothie I repeatedly asked to exchange for a different drink, because I had no idea what was in the smoothie. All I got was impolite customer service and a less than adequate meal. I would have rather eaten nothing.
