Friendly office managers, reasonable rates, clean and mostly kept rentals. I got all of my deposit back in a timely fashion minus re-keying fee and minor cleaning cost (listed in lease). I also paid my rent on time, was friendly with staff, gave required 30 day notice, cleaned thoroughly, and did a walk-thru before leaving. If you can read and follow the requirements of a lease you shouldn't have any problems with RMS. I'll be back to rent again.

They will take out close to $245 as mandatory fees off your deposit.

Management are friendly most of the time. They usually get stuff fixed within one week. YOU WON'T GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. If that's ok with you, then there shouldn't be any other problem with this office.
