Such a animal caring place. No kill shelter for dogs and cats. I foster and it is so rewarding. Knowing that these kittens are being saved from being euthanized due to overcrowding makes it easier to return them when it's time for them to find their forever home.

adopted my puppy Ozzy here. he's such a great dog. please please please do not buy pet shop animals. there are so many animals in need of homes for little to no cost. overall the staff was great and seemed to take great overall care of the animals.

Employees were terrible and took no priority in helping me. They treated me as inferior to them, and honestly I don't think they wanted me to adopt a pet. Everybody was upset and annoyed at my presence in the building, which makes me question if they are suited enough to even care for the animals in the shelter?

Top notch organization. The staff was very helpful and Jessica is an angel. When we found 7 young newborn kittens in our yard just before Halloween, Save-A-Pet gave us helpful advice and we fostered them until they were 3 pounds; two gorgeous Seal Points; two Tuxedo; and three Brown Tabbies. Three are female. They are now all at the shelter for adoption as of December 29, 2017. Hoping they find forever homes. Thank you, Save-A-Pet.

PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW AFTER 2ND ADOPTION THINGS CHANGED MORE REVIEWS TO COME THEY SHOULD RENAME THEIR ORGANIZATION PLEASE SAVE A PET FROM US. I ADVISE TO GO ELSEWHERE TO ADOOT. Just adopted my 2nd dog from SAP FIRST WAS IN THERE FOR A VERY VERY LONG TIME. I ADOPTER LIL KELLY and she went blind 3 months later but lived 4 more yrs. I adopted from Animal cruelty 4yrs ago. A friend died and I adopted her dog and Coco passed last jan. My lab was lost WE found a older dog, at Save A Pet.. blind in RT eye and she sees shadows maybe out of left and deaf. Was there awhile, no takers because she is blind. Brought her home 5-31-16 Named PIA (pain in the ass) But one great dog. All they Need Is LOVE COMPASSION an UNDERSTANDING. as we all do. She's a wonderful Animal. Next time you think of adopting Think AN Older Dog. .. Please SAVE A PET DOES ONE HELL OF A JOB. AT SCREWING YOU.
